This Privacy Notice and Cookies Policy (“Privacy Notice”) explains how Delphia Consulting, LLC (“Delphia,” “we,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information. This Notice applies to any website, application, or service that references it.

Delphia’s services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Delphia may monitor and record communications (including phone calls and emails) for training, quality, compliance, or support.

Delphia does not sell personal information for money. Under CPRA, certain disclosures may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Delphia may use your information to contact you about applications, products, or services that may be of interest. We may also share your information with carefully selected partners for similar purposes.
You may opt out of marketing at any time by:

7. Data Retention
Delphia does not generally retain client employment, payroll, I-9, or benefits data after services end. Clients (employers) are responsible for extracting and preserving their data.
Delphia only retains such data when:

Contracted to store it on behalf of a client, or

Engaged to assist with extraction.
For its own business purposes, Delphia retains:

Customer account and transaction records: 7 years.

Marketing contact information: until opt-out or deletion.
-
Website analytics and technical logs: up to 24 months.
8. Security and Storage
Delphia takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal information against unauthorized access, use, or loss. However, no system is completely secure, and data transmitted online is at risk.
If Delphia provides you with a password, you are responsible for keeping it confidential.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact privacy@delphiaconsulting.com immediately.
9. Other Sites and Social Media
This Notice does not apply to third-party websites or services accessed through links. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
If you connect Delphia services to social media platforms, those platforms may share personal information with Delphia based on your account settings.
